What should I do if I have a complaint?

If you have any complaints about the service provided to you, you should take the following steps:

  • Contact us about your complaint.
  • If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within 24 hours, please contact the Complaints Manager on telephone number 3893 5800 or put your complaint in writing and send it to us at: Complaints Manager, Centrepoint Insurance Brokers, PO Box 5775, Manly Qld 4179. Please mark the envelope “Notice of Complaint”. We will try and resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.
  • We are members of the  Financial Ombudsmans Service (FOS). If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction by us within 10 working days, you have the right to refer the matter to FOS. FOS can be contacted by telephone on 1300 780 808 or by writing to: level 5 31 Queen Street, Melbourne Vic 3000.
